Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE A HOME APPLIANCE?

A. An old appliance in your house leads to two choices. You can call for professional appliance repair to attempt to save money and keep on using your old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the old appliance with a new model.

All appliances come with an expected lifetime. If the broken appliance is in the beginning or middle part of that average lifetime, we recommend scheduling our appliance repair service. If the home appliance is reaching the end of its expected lifetime, we would recommend to replace it with a new model if you have a budget for it.

Here are the average lifetimes of all models of appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. Definitely. We provide a warranty on manufacturer replacement parts and our labor. We use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and several other popular appliance brands so we maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime following our service if any issues return with your appliance.

Q. WILL YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We stock all of our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and the tools to complete our appliance repair service. If we have to come back at a later date to finish a repair, there won’t be an additional service fee. We estimate that we are able to complete over 90% of our appliance repair appointments after the initial visit.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to arrive at your residence. We know how important your time is and we do our best to arrive in the early part of the service window. But, if an earlier appointment or repair goes much longer than expected, this timeframe allows the technician time to still arrive on schedule in the service window. Our technicians call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.

Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE ME A FULL LIST OF ALL OF THE APPLIANCE BRANDS YOU FIX?

A. Definitely. We will repair most household appliance brands. Please refer to the list here. For all questions concerning appliance brands that are not on the list, please call us.
